• Shakers & Culture: My portable cork shakers connect me to my cultural roots and heritage. While traditional shamanistic rattles are intriguing, the African shaker resonates with me profoundly.

• Flute Harmony: Playing the flute is a learning curve for me. Finding the right holes and breathing life into it teaches patience and persistence, releasing healing frequencies into the world.

Music as Healing and Expression

Music opens a channel for self-expression and healing that visual art can't quite match. Each note, each rhythm, tells a part of my story, helping me connect deeper with my identity and surroundings.
